Return window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed and free of stains or odour.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Innerwear and clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to raise a request

Call or WhatsApp +91 8080389832, or email support@rntcartstyle.com, with your order details and a photo of the item. We confirm the pickup within 24 hours.

Damaged or wrong item

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after the returned item clears quality check. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent to the bank account or UPI ID you share with us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
