Delivery times and charges
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Standard shipping is free on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹49 handling fee applies and is shown at checkout.
Please keep the exact order amount ready. The delivery partner may ask for an OTP sent to the mobile number entered at checkout, so use a number you can reach.
Contact us on +91 8080389832 within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct the address. Once the parcel is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If a courier cannot reach you after three attempts, the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled. You can reorder any time.
